Financial Strategy

Regina Madigan is a global finance executive with more than 25 years of experience developing financial strategies, overseeing accounting and finance operations, and establishing infrastructure to leverage growth.  Prior to joining Numiera, Regina served as CFO and head of IT and Business Transformation at Acumed (a Berkshire Hathaway company), where she designed initiatives to improve operating income by 50% while investing in strategic priorities and growing revenue.  Regina has held senior finance leadership roles at Fortune 500, PE-backed, and high growth start-up companies including Medtronic, Zimmer Biomet, and AMP Robotics where she successfully raised Series C funding.  As VP and Global Controller at Paragon 28, Regina led the process to IPO and developed critical processes and controls in nine months.  

Regina serves on the board of Family Bridges Chicago and volunteers for various organizations that promote education and community.  She holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
