Samantha Bromley-Coolidge
Communications Strategy

Sam is a talented communicator, with a passion for sharing scientific resources with patients, clinicians, and advocacy groups. She received her bachelor’s degrees in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience and Cognitive Psychology from Pitzer College, working in the human cognition labs of David Moore and Timothy Justus. After completing a Fulbright Fellowship, Sam worked at NIH as a postbaccalaureate fellow, moving into the study of glial cells in the brain. She joined the Neuroscience Graduate Program at the University of Colorado Anschutz in 2018 and is currently defending her PhD dissertation on the function of glial progenitor cells.

 

Same is a dedicated science communicator, adept at presenting technical content to a variety of audiences. She has taught neuroscience courses, hosted neuro trivia evenings at a local brewery, and run the Neuroscience Outreach Group, guiding public communication around brain health and disease. In her current role with Numiera Therapeutics, she is developing a communications strategy and building relationships with key partners in neuro oncology.
